Rahul Gandhi accuses Modi of snatching PM Panchayaty rights "in Jharkhand

Continuing his tirade against the prime minister Narendra Modi, vice president of Congress Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday said that the former was snatching right panchayats in Jharkhand.
"You have to ask the Prime Minister Modiji questions if he does not want to land in Jharkhand, why he drew the right panchayats," he said.

Gandhi also accused Prime Minister Modi for the same thing in every law.
"In MGNREGA, we gave power to panchayyatov, but they took power, the GTI has never worked in Gujarat has been done there and the tribes of the earth, that is history," said Gandhi.
"There are two ways to control the government. One of them is empowering people, giving them the power to govern and the other from the center of the Office of the Prime Minister," he said, while stressing that his fight for the weak in Jharkhand walks of life.

Speaking at a rally in Shikaripara in thought earlier in the day, Vice-President of the Congress said that farmers, tribes and women, the state should be able to develop, adding that he and Prime Minister Narendra Modi was a difference of opinion with what method was better to take the state forward.
