Ashwin good hands like no failures

Retirement Rahul Dravid and Laxman Air Force in 2012 not only left a huge void in the batting composition, but also deprived India of two pairs of good hands in receipts abroad.
Ashwin back-tracked from the first slip pocket top edge of David Warner on Thursday, and then timed his jump to perfection to grab with both hands above the head of the catch to send back Shaun Marsh on the second day of the second Test at the Gabba.

Rahul Dravid and with Laxman, leaving the team a bit dubious sliding catch for us. To work it's not easy, because it was the senior slide they went abroad, "said Ashwin, who scored 35 before returning to close Shane Watson.
"Slip Catch all about perception, you can not just go out there and start taking catches, you have to be very patient and put your yards in.
"I think I took about a thousand catches this year so happy to get one."
India, lagging behind in the series four games 1-0, was a strong day on 311-4, but were eventually bowled out for 408. Ashwin, who has two test centuries his name, he felt that he could score more.
"We could do a few runs, I'm still disappointed that I got in the morning.
